The law firm has appointed Darren Hannison partner and head of its reinsurance practice. He joins from Plexus Law. Hannison has over 19 years’ experience in the insurance and reinsurance sector, and has also served as an assistant general counsel at AIG in New York.
Deloitte
Angus Wildblood has been appointed analytics partner in Deloitte’s enterprise risk services practice. He joins from Capco, the consultancy, where he was a financial services partner. Wildblood has also held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group and Accenture.
Cape
The energy sector services firm has appointed Michael Speakman as chief financial officer. He has 30 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, and was previously chief financial officer at Expro International Group, the oil field services firm.
Axa Investment Management
Rodrigo Ostik has been appointed derivative manager at the asset management firm. He joins from Kyte Group, where he executed macro-economic driven investment strategies on behalf of clients. Ostik also previously spent five years at Barclays Capital.
BDO
The accountancy firm has announced three new appointments to its international private wealth team. Jonathan Fisher joins from a UK family office, and was also previously a tax director at KPMG. Aidan Meade joins from Ernst & Young. Lee Bijoux joins from Deloitte.
Centrus Advisors
The corporate finance business has announced two senior appointments. Nathan Pickles joins as a partner and head of treasury and analytics from Genesis Housing Association. Burak Varisli joins as a senior analyst. He started his career at Asset Trust.
