Virgin sees net customer loss
VIRGIN Media lost a net 36,000 customers in the second quarter but continued its upward revenue momentum, with sales growing two per cent to £986m.
Its average revenue per user rose to £47 a month.
The company also announced a new, larger-than-expected £850m share buyback and debt repayment programme, which will take its total capital return to more than £1bn in the last year alone.
