The Queen’s Awards, as ever, reward ambition and innovation and the 2020 recipients, revealed today, will be at the vanguard in raising the nation’s collective efforts to rebuild after the worst of the crisis abates.
The Queen’s Awards are the most prestigious business awards in the UK. They celebrate the success of exciting and innovative businesses which are leading the way with pioneering products or services, delivering impressive social mobility programmes or showing their commitment to excellent sustainable development practices.
Small Business Minister Paul Scully said: “This is a tough time to be running a company so it is more important than ever to recognise the achievements of British business. These are highly prestigious awards and I congratulate this year’s winners on not only powering innovation and growth, but also driving opportunity and sustainability in their communities.”
Each of the winners has been through a rigorous screening process before the judging panel awarded the Royal Warrant, which previous winners have all reported has resulted in worldwide recognition, increased commercial value, greater press coverage and a boost to staff morale.
