The second escaped Pentonville prisoner has been found and arrested
Both prisoners who escaped from HMP Pentonville earlier this month have now been found and arrested.
James Anthony Whitlock, 31, was arrested at an address in Shepherds Lane, E9, at around 16.30pm yesterday, for being unlawfully at large.
A 48-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were also arrested at the address on suspicion of assisting an offender.
All three were taken to a north London police station, where they remain in custody.
He escaped from Pentonville along with Matthew Baker, using pillows to fool prison guards at the Islington jail.
Baker, who was on remand after being convicted of attempted murder, was discovered at an address in Ilford last week.
Whitlock was on remand having been charged with conspiracy to burgle, namely 19 offences of theft from ATMs at various locations in the south-east of England between December 2015 and August 2016.
