  • Chemring nets $28.5m US deal

    Chemring Detection Systems, the US subsidiary of London-listed defence services firm Chemring, has won a $28.5m (£18m) multi-year contract to supply detection systems to the US Army. The company will provide more than 100 chemical detectors, which remotely detect and identify chemical vapour clouds at ranges up to 5km.
