Plucky Foxes to settle for a draw against stuttering Manchester United
LAST season’s champions travel to the FA Cup winners on Saturday lunchtime as Manchester United host Leicester.
Having started his United career with a Community Shield win over the Foxes, things aren’t looking quite as positive for Jose Mourinho as it did on that sunny day at Wembley.
Three successive wins were brought to a shuddering halt by three defeats in a week to Manchester City, Feyenoord and Watford. Tensions already seem to be running high between Mourinho and his players.
A 3-1 win over Northampton in the EFL Cup on Wednesday should have helped to lighten the mood. But fans will expect more than stuttering victories over League One opposition from their star-studded squad.
United have yet to find a way to make Paul Pogba gel into the side, and the continued decline of Wayne Rooney must be causing Mourinho sleepless nights.

Despite lifting the trophy in May, expectations are far lower for Claudio Ranieri’s Leicester. They have two wins, two defeats, and a draw so far in the league, plus a resounding 3-0 Champions League win over Club Brugge to their name.
You sense that Foxes fans are still just enjoying the ride. Last year’s meetings between these two produced two 1-1 draws, and I think we could see the points being shared this time around too.
The draw is 14/5 with Betway, which I like the look of. Leicester’s run-in last year was defined by battling results – and that was seen again in the 0-0 stalemate with
Arsenal this term. A similar approach here is likely. I can’t see this being a thriller. Sell goals at 2.7 with Sporting Index.
