Epwin Group

  • Epwin expects demand for building products to ‘remain subdued’ in 2024

    Property

Building products supplier Epwin has posted a slide in revenue for the first half of 2024 and said demand would likely "remain subdued" through the rest of the year.

65,700 mortgages were approved in November, down from 68,300 in October and comfortably below economists' expectations.
  • Epwin poised for £25m profit in 2024 despite revenue dip

    Property

Building products supplier Epwin said it was on track to make an underlying profit of more than £25m by the end of 2024 after posting a steady set of results in the first six months.

  • Epwin investors in line for bumper payout despite ‘sluggish’ housing market

    Housing

Epwin Group investors can expect bumper payouts in 2024 after full-year profit beat market forecasts this morning.

In 2019, the Conservatives promised to ramp up construction of new homes to 300,000 per year by the middle of the 2020s, but the government has failed to make good on its promise.
