Notting Hill Carnival: The full list of stations and roads closed this Bank Holiday weekend
It's that time of year again: London's big summertime bank holiday weekend, and the travelling chaos that often comes with it. Here's a handy list we've compiled of everything you'll need to get around London until Tuesday.
Running from Saturday 25 August until late on Monday 27 August, travel during the Bank Holiday in the capital can be stressful. So let's break it down by transport type, shall we?
Transport for London trains (Underground, Overground, TfL Rail, DLR, Trams)
The majority of London's disruption this weekend is happening on the Overground, with several lines running no service between central stops.
Until Monday 27, there will be no services running between South Tottenham to Barking, Surrey Quays to Clapham Junction, and Euston to Kilburn High Road. This extends up to Watford Junction for Sunday 26, too.
Additionally, services from Liverpool Street to Enfield Town and Cheshunt will remain closed until 10:15am this morning. Services between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction will be shut until 11:15am.
On the Tube, there will be no services on the District Line between Parsons Green and Wimbledon until Monday 27, and no trains on the Bakerloo Line between Stonebridge Park and Harrow & Wealdstone until late tonight.
Replacement bus services are being offered.
Meanwhile all other lines without closures will be running Saturday services on Monday, except for those with Night Tube services such as Northern, Jubilee and Piccadilly which will run first and last trains at Mon-Thurs times.
On the DLR, TfL Rail and Trams, trains will be running on a Saturday or Sunday service.
