A new show apartment has opened in north west London to showcase the most luxe homes to go on sale at the Stanmore Place development yet. Developer Edward Sunderland has built five two bedroom and one double bedroom home, all with balconies or “winter gardens” on Park Road, a tree-lined residential street bordering historic Chiswick House with its restored gardens, hoping to cash in on the popularity of the smart neighbourhood by the Thames. Westbourne Place, Maida Vale
Family homes are going on sale this weekend in a historic former police station in Maida Vale. Built in 1911, it was designed by John Dixon Butler, architect to the Metropolitan Police, and Grade II Listed in the 90s. Help to Buy homes on the most affordable stop on the Jubilee Line are on sale at East City Point, a development by Countryside, which is currently undergoing a £3.7bn regeneration, including a new £600m town centre and new schools by 2024. Prime Place, Maida Hill
