Situated in Leadenhall Market, the Lamb has been serving up pints since the 1700's. It's still in fashion however, and City A.M. credit its popularity to table service (or standing service if you're ouside on the cobbled street) and the scotch eggs.
Leadenhall Market, EC3V 1LR
Towards the trendier climes of Shoreditch, this hipster-ish Aussie spot serves up healthy, but clearly still tasty, food such as brocoli and sweetcorn fritters and homemade granola. But, there's also a healthy dose of cocktails and craft beer on the menu and the traditional Oz Lamington desert. Set up by a former investment banker, it's clearly a safe bet.
