Jose Mourinho facing touchline ban after being charged with misconduct
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho faces a likely touchline ban after he was charged with misconduct by the Football Association for the second time in five days.
Mourinho's latest charge relates to an alleged confrontation with referee Mark Clattenburg at half-time of United's 0-0 draw at home to Burnley on Sunday, which saw him sent to the stands.
The former Chelsea boss was already awaiting the outcome of a separate charge, relating to comments made about another official, Anthony Taylor, last month.

Mourinho is accused of using abusive or insulting words towards Clattenburg, who had turned down a penalty appeal from United during the first half.
That makes the charge more serious than a standard misconduct allegation and is therefore likely to carry a one-match touchline ban.
Mourinho has until Friday evening to respond to the charge.
If the case is settled before the weekend he could be suspended for the Premier League trip to Swansea on Sunday.
Should a verdict not be delivered until next week, Mourinho could be banned from the touchline for the visit of Arsenal and bitter rival Arsene Wenger on 19 November.
The Portuguese is no stranger to an FA charge and has already been fined more than £140,000 since returning to England in 2013.
