#HeartsOfLondon Mapped: These loved-up cycle racks are popping up all over London
Either love is in the air for London's cyclists, or someone's just feeling a bit moony about bike security. Some 14 bright red love heart-shaped bike racks have popped up at locations across the capital in the spots where the ordinary black hoop-style ones usually are.
The hearts – which have turned up just in time for Valentine's Day – are a collaboration between Hackney-based artist Graham McLoughlin and cycle rack manufacturer Cyclehoop, and have been produced in an effort to get the capital's cyclists to donate to the British Heart Foundation. To show their love, they're asking cyclists to text "LNDN £5" to 70070.
Cyclists – and Topshop – have already shown their admiration with the hashtag #HeartsofLondon.
