Work on the Clyde Valley schools campus is expected to finish in 2016.
Galliford has also secured a £27m contract to work on a residential development in Dorchester. It will build 15 shops and 134 apartments and penthouses on the 11.5 acre site, called Brewery Square.
The other two projects include building a 60-storey Ibis hotel next to Cambridge train station for £16m and developing a £13.5m office block in London at 48-49 Pall Mall.
Chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said: “We are delighted to have secured these major contracts that demonstrate the strength of our building business throughout the UK.”
“We look forward to delivering on these projects and continuing on our strategy to grow our construction business as the economy improves.”
