Former Orange boss hails taxi firm
The former boss of the Orange mobile network has taken a stake in troubled taxi maker Manganese Bronze, regulatory filings showed yesterday. Sanjiv Ahuja and his wife Anju have built their holding to 4.43 per cent of Manganese’s shares – worth £167,130 based on yesterday’s closing price. Manganese revealed a £4m hole in its accounts earlier this month, blaming an IT error. Ahuja, who stood down as LightSquared chief executive in February, declined to comment on the share purchase.
