FA should take information requests
FOOTBALL: The Football Association should be open to Freedom of Information requests, according to a think tank backed by senior Liberal Democrat MP Tim Farron. A report by CentreForum has called for public disclosure of clubs’ ownership arrangements, tax affairs and transfers to safeguard the interests of supporters. The report points to examples including Wimbledon’s relocation to Milton Keynes, Cardiff altering their kit colour and Hull’s proposed name change.
