Estate agents let loose with Simon Cowell’s property mogul brother Nick Cowell at Estate Office’s 30th anniversary gala ball
He may have gone down the property route rather than into the glitzy world of showbiz like his brother Simon, but property mogul Nick Cowell had the moves like Mick Jagger at Estate Office's glamorous 30th anniversary gala.
Cowell, head of property firm Cowell Group, which owns Estate Office, brought real estate bosses and rugby legends together on Wednesday night to celebrate the consultancy firm's 30th birthday.
Estate Office usually has a dinner every year before execs jet off to Cannes for the annual Mipim meetup, but this year's was particularly special.
Held at the Royal Institute of Architects, guests enjoyed a lavish birthday dinner and declared their position on the EU, as rugby star Kenny Logan asked execs first to stand if they wanted a Brexit. The Capitalist's spy notes that bums stayed firmly on their seats.
After the musical chairs and entertainment at the main event, Cowell and a few property bosses snuck off to a nearby nightclub Black Dice to throw some shapes. Our spy tells us Cowell had the X-Factor (sorry) when it came to the dance floor, but held back a bit for the sake of modesty. Maybe he should apply for Britain's Got Talent? He's missed out for this season, but there's always next year.
