DAC Beachcroft unveils plans to merge offices in new City HQ
Global law firm DAC Beachcroft is to merge its City offices under one roof next year, in a move to create a new global headquarters in the heart of the Square Mile.
Roughly 50,000 square feet will be taken up in Beachcroft’s move to The Walbrook building, where its team of lawyers are expected to move in next Spring.
According to the international firm, the move underlines a commitment to London on the back of steady profits and revenue growth.

“There is increasing demand for our services and our move to The Walbrook recognises the importance we place on having a strong London presence occupying premium, contemporary accommodation able to serve as a hub for our UK and overseas network,” said senior partner Virginia Clegg.
The decision to move also comes as the firm’s Fetter Lane lease nears its end.
Located near the Bank of England and the Royal Exchange, the decade-old Walbrook Building sits within the historic central core of the City.
Knight Frank advised DAC Beachcroft.
