Coal of Africa hires new chief exec
London-listed miner Coal of Africa yesterday said that it has hired its non-executive chairman David Brown as its new chief executive and executive director, effective from the start of the week. He previously spent almost 14 years at Impala Platinum, where he served as chief finance officer and chief executive. Bernard Pryor has been appointed as the company’s interim chairman, whilst the search for a chairman has commenced.
