STEPHEN FERRARI FERRARI BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
“I think the housing prices will increase because there is a short supply of nice houses on the market. Although I don’t think it’s going to be easy to borrow money, until the supply meets the demand for houses, I think we’ll see a rise in prices. There may be apparent differences among different areas as wealthier buyers could avoid many of the mortgage troubles that others may face.

“Housing prices will probably increase, particularly because the UK housing market tends to attract overseas buyers in addition to the UK demand for housing. I think people want house prices to go up, particularly as interest rates are low and banks begin to lend again. I think certain areas will lag behind others. But overall most areas will should see a rise in housing prices.
GRAHAM MUNCEY WILLIS
