Cordea Savills
The international property fund manager has appointed Alexandra McGhee as head of fund finance, UK, with overall responsibility for the financial control and reporting on funds administered from London, Stockholm and Luxembourg. McGhee’s previous experience in European fund management includes the positions of business development director at Protego Real Estates and finance manager at Henderson Global Investors.
Jeffery Green Russell
Gareth Jones has been made a Partner in JGR’s commercial litigation team. Jones joined JGR in 2008 and specialises in insolvency, debt recovery, company law, construction, negligence and IT.
Nomura
Nomura Holdings has announced further appointments to its global leadership team. Tarun Jotwani has been promoted to executive vice president and head of global markets, and Benoit Savoret has joined as joint head of global equities, reporting to Jotwani. John Phizackerley, currently joint chief administrative officer (CAO) of the wholesale division, will succeed Jotwani as chief executive for EMEA, while Paul Spanswick will continue to lead the growth of the corporate platform as the sole CAO of Wholesale.
RSM Tenon
The accounting firm has boosted its risk management service by appointing Jed Turnbull as associate director in the advisory services team. In addition, Matthew Ennion, formerly of Berry Asset Management, has joined the investment team of RSM Tenon Financial Management.
Irwin Mitchell
The law firm has expanded its business advisory team with the appointment of Tom Flanagan as the firm’s head of employment. Flanagan joins from Pinsent Masons, where he is partner.
