Amlin
The insurance group has appointed Andreas Luberichs, formerly of Chubb Europe, to the new role of group head of underwriting. Luberichs joins on 7 March as a member of the group executive management team and will be based in the London headquarters. Luberichs has spent the past seventeen years of his twenty year career with Chubb Europe, having initially trained as a commercial property underwriter, before gaining broad experience across all commercial lines.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer
The Magic Circle law firm has hired Elizabeth G Chambers as global chief marketing and business development officer, with effect from today.
Chambers will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the firm’s marketing and business development plans on a worldwide basis.
Until recently she was the chief marketing officer of Barclays Global Retail and Commercial Banking and Barclaycard.
Eden Group
The wealth manageent firms has appointed Ed Rosengarten to the newly created position of head of asset management. Rosengarten joins Eden from M&G, where, as chief executive of equities, he was responsible for building and leading the investment management capability that created the platform for M&G’s success over the last decade.
He will be responsible for further developing Eden’s growing private client business and leading its expansion into asset management.
Withers
The international law firm has today announced the appointment of Kristin Konschnik as partner in its tax team, further consolidating the firm’s position in this practice area. Konschnik joins from Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt and Mosle, where she worked as a senior associate. Previous to this, Kristin trained and worked in Withers’ New Haven and London offices for almost four years.
Bridges Ventures
The sustainable growth investor has expanded its investment team for the second time this year with the appointment of Alistair Tillen. In his role as investment director, Tillen will work across the major investment themes of the Bridges Venture Funds: underserved areas, environment, education & skills and health & well-being.
