Grant Thornton
The business advisory firm has appointed Craig Kemsley as tax partner and head of its London private client department.
Kemsley has over 20 years of experience advising private and entrepreneur clients for Deloitte in the UK and Australia.
While working at the firm, he particularly focused on developing tax-efficient structures to maximise current cash flows and take advantage of wealth realisation events.
Amundi
The asset manager has appointed Philippe Ithurbide as head of global research, strategy and analysis.
Since 2006, Ithurbide has worked at the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec, as a member of the board and asset allocation committee. Prior to that, he worked for Societe Generale as head of research in currency and fixed income.

The real estate financial services group has hired three new members to its pan-European corporate finance team. Alistair McGill joins the private equity team as an investment manager from Prescient Real Estate. Girish Grover has joined as a senior M&A analyst from Cushman and Wakefield, while Nick Porter joins as an analyst in the M&A and equity raising teams.

The corporate finance adviser has hired Kiwon Han as an MD in its Japan Asia focus group.
Han joins from Daiwa Capital Markets Europe in London.
