Grosvenor Group
Michael McLintock has been appointed as a non-executive director of the privately-owned international property group, effective immediately. Chief executive of M&G since 1997, five years after joining the investment firm, McLintock oversaw the sale of M&G to Prudential in 1999 and joined the latter’s board the following year. Already a trustee of the Grosvenor Estate and a member of its audit committee, McLintock is replacing Robin Broadhurst.
Aubreck Leung
The financial services executive search firm has hired James Hicks as its head of emerging markets research. Formerly an employee of Russian bank Trust, Hicks has been based in Moscow but will now work from Aubreck Leung’s City of London office.
Cushman & Wakefield
The commercial real estate services firm has appointed Federico Montero as a partner within the debt advisory arm of its EMEA corporate finance team in London. Montero joins from the parallel team at KPMG, where he advised on refinancing and restructuring solutions and transactions during his four years there.
Baker Tilly
Anne-Marie Welch has joined the accountancy firm as an expatriate tax partner, based in London. A former expatriate herself, Welch has 20 years experience in the sector.
