KPMG
David O’Hara has been appointed as a principal investment consultant to lead KPMG’s newly established Scottish advisory team. O’Hara, who will be based in Glasgow, joins from Hymans Robertson, where he provided investment advice to a range of private and public UK pension schemes.
DOLPHIN CAPITAL INVESTORS
The emerging markets resorts investor has appointed professor Christopher Pissarides to the board as an independent non-executive director, as Nicholas Moy, independent non-executive director of Dolphin, resigns. Pissarides is a professor of economics at the London School of Economics.
MERLIN ENTERTAINMENTS
The world’s second-largest visitor attraction operator has appointed Gerry Murphy as a non-executive director of the company. Murphy is currently a senior managing director in Blackstone’s corporate private equity group and chairman of The Blackstone Group International Partners, which is a 34 per cent shareholder in Merlin.
LANDMARK
The boutique serviced offices provider has appointed Kirstin Donoghue as client liaison manager for its flagship serviced office centre in Heron Tower on Bishopsgate, prior to its opening next month. Kirstin currently works as client liaison manager at Landmark’s 125 Old Broad Street centre.
