Michael Anderson has been appointed to the newly-created role of head of direct tax litigation at KPMG in the UK. He joins from Dorsey & Whitney, the US law firm, where he was a partner in its tax litigation team. Anderson has specialised in the area for 10 years.
RBC Wealth Management
The wealth management firm has appointed Tanya Blazhko and Nathalie Gorshkova as directors on its London Eastern Europe desk. Blazhko joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she was a vice president. Gorshkova joins from BNP Paribas Wealth Management, where she was a senior relationship manager.
Towers Watson
The professional services firm has appointed Laura Santori as a director in its enterprise risk management (ERM) team. She joins from Standard & Poor’s, where she led its southern European insurance ratings group and was responsible for developing its assessment of insurance companies’ ERM.
Jones Lang LaSalle
The real estate services firm has appointed Jon Neale as its head of UK research. He was most recently director in its residential research team. Neale has also held roles at the Homes and Communities Agency, where he was head of market intelligence.
BNP Paribas Real Estate
Charles Howard has been appointed director in BNP Paribas’s real estate division’s West End office agency team. He joins from Strutt & Parker, the property consultancy firm.

Andrew Saunders has been appointed to the investment research company’s equity research team. He joins from Edison Investment Research, where he was a consultant. Saunders has also held roles at Panmure Gordon, Numis Securities, and HSBC Investment Bank.
