CITY MOVES WHO’S SWITCHING JOBS
Lloyds Bank
Matthew Packham has been appointed head of the trade, industrials and services sectors at Lloyds Wholesale Banking and Markets. He was previously regional director of the bank’s business support unit, and has also served as head of credit for Lloyds’ US structured finance and financial institutions business.
Norton Rose
Neil O’May has been appointed as a partner in the law firm’s London litigation and dispute resolution practice. He specialises in advising on corporate and white collar crime, and joins from Bindmans, where he was a partner and head of criminal law.
Rule Financial
The business consulting and advisory firm has appointed James Tomkinson as a specialist in over-the-counter clearing and collateral management. He joins from Citigroup, where he was vice president, collateral management, for global transaction services. Tomkinson also previously consulted for LCH Clearnet and served as director of repo products at Nomura International.
Ignis Asset Management
Allan MacLeod has been appointed head of global accounts at the asset management firm. He joins from Martin Currie, where he was most recently managing director of sales, marketing and client services, and a member of the group’s board.
Artesian Law
The law firm has announced that Bryan Cox will be joining as its first associate member. A QC, he is currently a tenant of New Park Court Chambers in Leeds. Cox will assist with any Artesian service briefs that require a QC.
Towers Watson
The professional services firm has appointed Keith Harrison as head of its (re)insurance brokerage business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He joined the firm with its 2002 acquisition of Dennis M Clayton, and has most recently been head of North American insurance in London.
Informatica
The data integration software provider has appointed John McGee as executive vice president of worldwide field operations. He joins from Adobe, where he was vice president of field operations for the Americas. McGee has also held senior posts at Documentum and EMC.
