Robertson Baxter
Independent financial advisory firm Robertson Baxter has added chartered financial planner Kate Davenport to its growing technical team. Kate brings the total number of financial professionals at Robertson Baxter to 12. As well as her chartered status, Kate has a degree in law and is currently training to become STEP (Society of State and Trust Practitioners) qualified. She joins the team from Leeds-based firm The Private Office.

Simon Voysey has been appointed the new chief revenue officer for London-based DingIt.tv, a live-streaming and broadcast platform for gaming and eSports. As a media industry veteran with 17 years cross-platform content experience, Simon will join from Vice Media where he is digital director. Having spent years working for some of the biggest names in media, including Channel 4 television, Telegraph Media Group and Telefonica, Simon went on to work at a number of video and mobile start-ups, where he specialised in setting up sales and operations teams with a focus on developing media strategies, managing revenue streams, product development and building relationships with agencies and brands such as Microsoft, Levis, Nike and Nissan.
UBS Wealth Management
UBS Wealth Management has appointed Jonathan Nash as alternative investments distribution specialist for UK & Jersey. Jon will sit in UBS’ investment products & services team. Jon will help to UBS’ alternative investments sales and after-sales activities. He will also help to bring new offerings in the alternatives arena to the UK & Jersey markets. He will report to Paddy Lewis, head of investment products and services for UK & Jersey. Jon joins from Renaissance Asset Management, where he was sales director for the UK and Nordics. He has over 23 years’ experience in the industry, in senior sales and client service roles at a number of asset management firms and fund groups.
Standard Life Investments
Euan Stirling has been appointed to the new role of head of stewardship and ESG investment at global investment manager Standard Life Investments. Euan joined Standard Life Investments in January 2001 from Schroder Investment Management. As a senior fund manager and investment analyst in the UK equity team, he has managed a range of institutional UK equity portfolios for both public and private sector pension schemes. Guy Jubb will continue to lead Standard Life Investments’ engagement with companies until he retires on 31 March 2016.
