Maples Teesdale
Maples Teesdale has announced the arrival of Rosalind Cullis as real estate disputes partner to the team. Rosalind, who joins from Kingsley Napley, brings a wealth of experience as a real estates disputes lawyer, having previously been at Forsters and Beachcroft Stanleys (now DAC Beachcroft). At Kingsley Napley, she assisted with a broad range of real estate disputes in the residential, commercial and construction sectors. Rosalind will be working alongside head of real estate disputes, Dellah Gilbert, who joined Maples Teesdale in 2015 from Hogan Lovells.
Brady
London-listed commodity software company Brady has announced that Iain Greig, currently a non-executive director of the company, has been appointed interim chief technology officer with effect from 12 August 2019. During this appointment Iain will remain on the board. It is anticipated that the interim assignment will be for a period of approximately six months. Chief executive Carmen Carey saidd: “Iain joined the board as a NED on the 4 March 2019 and has since then contributed an enormous amount of knowledge, experience and focus to the product and strategic review we initiated at that time.”
Dolfin
Dolfin, an independent wealth management platform, has appointed Richard Webb as head of technology. In the newly created role, Richard will oversee Dolfin’s technology and infrastructure strategy and lead the development of its digital wealth management offering. He joins with more than 20 years’ experience leading IT, change management and digital transformation projects. As a consultant across hedge funds, investment banks and retail banking, he led teams at CQS Management, RBS Global Banking, UBS Investment Bank and Accenture. More recently, Richard has successfully built and managed hedge fund technology platforms for the likes of Rokos Capital Management and COMAC Capital as head of enterprise technology and chief technology officer, respectively. At Dolfin, he will report to Amir Nabi, the chief operating officer, and be responsible for driving the firm’s technology offering. This includes transforming its existing infrastructure, as well as developing and implementing new strategies to evolve Dolfin’s operations. Webb has been working with Dolfin on a consultancy basis since 2018. During this time he led the development of two projects, myDolfin, which gives clients more visibility and control over their accounts online and Dolfin’s CRM onboarding platform.
