Close Brothers Asset Management
Close Brothers Asset Management (CBAM) has appointed family lawyer Josephine Fay to its business development Team to strengthen its proposition for lawyers and their clients in the UK. She joins from Farrer & Co LLP. Josephine will be reporting into recently appointed Shirley Coe, director of the business development team, and Penny Lovell, head of private client services. During her years as a solicitor, Josephine worked on a wide range of family matters, both contentious and non-contentious and often with an international element. Her background will enhance CBAM’s work with legal firms and barristers, as well as specifically supporting the proposition for clients going through divorce.
GFT
Tim Brazier has joined GFT, a provider of business, design and technology consulting to the financial services community, as head of the newly created application simplification practice. Tim joins GFT from the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was managing director of application simplification. He has more than 10 years’ experience working in consultancy as both a practice head and chief operating officer at Thales Information Systems and Catalyst. He will lead a specialist team within design & technology consulting.
Marsh & Parsons
Peter Rollings is standing down as chief executive of London estate agents Marsh & Parsons after 11 years in the post. Peter’s successor is David Brown. David has been with LSL for 24 years, and over the past two years he has run LSLi which comprises nine estate agency brands with 58 offices in London and south east England.
Regal Homes
Regal Homes, the London residential developer, has appointed Trish Henderson as head of sales and PR. She joins from Taylor Wimpey where she served for four years as UK and international sales and marketing director, and board member. Prior to this, Trish worked for the Ballymore Group as UK and European sales director, at Cobham as head of investments, and also at Berkeley east and west London as sales and marketing director. Regal Homes has also appointed Derrick Barendse as an interior designer. He joins from Mixity Design, where he established the furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) department. Prior to this, Derrick served with GA Design as a senior FF&E designer, where his projects included concept design for the Langham Hotel, Hong Kong, and FF&E design for the executive suites at the JW Grosvenor on Park Lane, London.
Intelligent Office
Intelligent Office, support services provider to UK law firms, has appointed Kathryn Scott as its human resources director. Kathryn has joined Intelligent Office from global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she spent more than two years as head of client services. She also helped to build the Freshfields Global Centre in Manchester.
