The investment bank has appointed Stephanie Sfakianos as head of sustainable capital markets for fixed income. She was most recently its head of liability management, having joined the bank in 2002. Sfakianos previously held fixed income roles at Deutsche Bank and HSBC.

The law firm has hired Karan Dinamani as a partner in its London corporate group. He specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance transactions, with particular focus on advising private equity houses. Dinamani joins from Ashurst, where he was a partner in its corporate practice and a member of its private equity team.
The investment management firm has announced the appointment of Mark Dunn as UK head of discretionary. He was most recently at Carmignac Gestion, where he was a sales director. Prior to that, Dunn was head of strategic business development at LV Asset Management.
Michelle Chen has joined the law firm as a partner in its global corporate practice. She advises on foreign direct investment, including business establishment and regulatory approval in China and on Chinese outbound investment into the UK. Chen was formerly director of China business at Berwin Leighton Paisner.
The professional services firm has appointed Ed Francis as head of investment for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He joined in 2001 from PwC, and was most recently a member of the EMEA investment leadership team and head of the UK client consulting teams.
The mid-market private equity firm has recruited Warwick Nash as operating director. He has previously held senior operational management roles at Diageo, and was formerly regional chief executive at Millward Brown.
The law firm has hired Edward Judge to its business legal services team as a partner. He specialises in corporate restructuring and recovery, covering contentious and non-contentious work. He was most recently a partner in the restructuring and insolvency team at SGH Martineau.
