Investec Wealth & Investment (“IW&I”) has appointed Louise Hall as head of the firm’s London office. She takes over from David Bulteel, who is becoming head of IW&I’s international division. Louise Hall joined IW&I as a graduate trainee in 1989 and has led the firm’s specialist charities and not-for-profit division since 2004. Under Louise’s leadership the charities division has grown significantly and the firm currently manages £2.8 billion on behalf of nearly 1,200 charities. Louise will continue to provide dedicated investment management and strategic advice to her charity and not-for-profit clients.
JP Morgan
Massimo Saletti has joined JP Morgan from Deutsche Bank, where he has held a number of senior roles over 13 years, most recently serving as global co-head of their real estate, gaming and lodging practice. He is widely regarded as one of the leading bankers in the sector, having led a number of transformative transactions across the space. Prior to his time at Deutsche Bank, Massimo spent four years in Lazard’s Real Estate advisory division. Massimo will officially join the firm in January following his garden leave.
Legal & General Investment Management
Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) has appointed Dianne Ramsay to the newly created role of senior distribution manager within the institutional distribution team. Dianne will report to Mike Walsh, head of institutional distribution. In her new role, Dianne will focus on delivering bespoke solutions spanning real assets, multi-asset and fixed income to DB schemes. She joins LGIM from Standard Life Investments, where she was an investment director in the solutions business. She previously worked in strategic solutions at Schroders and as an investment consultant at Mercer.
KPMG
KPMG has appointed David Campbell as partner within its enterprise practice. David joins KPMG Enterprise from BDO where he was an audit partner and national head of leisure. In addition to managing a large team, he also led a portfolio of dynamic and fast growing clients, specialising in restaurants and bars and other consumer markets. David will build on KPMG’s existing presence in the leisure and hospitality sector and will use his significant experience to work with privately owned and PE backed businesses in the bars and restaurants space.
