The bank has announced two appointments to its corporate banking team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Ian Wootton joins as managing director, healthcare. For the last year, he was an independent adviser for Park Road Advisory and was also formerly a partner at PwC. Richard Price (pictured) joins as managing director, telecoms, media and technology. He joins from Lloyds Banking Group, where he was most recently global head of telecoms, media and technology banking coverage. Price has also held roles at RBS, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Reuters and Misys.

The property firm has appointed Martin Heffron as a director in its building and project consultancy. He joins from Cluttons. Heffron has over 20 years’ experience in the property sector.

The property private office has appointed William Drake as a senior adviser. A senior adviser to Sandaire Investment Office, he was formerly a barrister in the US, has held roles at Kleinwort Benson and Granville, and co-founded Lord North Street in 2000.
TWM SOLICITORS
The law firm has appointed Mark Parkhouse as a partner. An insolvency specialist, he joins from MccLure Naismith. Parkhouse is also a reserve officer, and was mobilised and served in Afghanistan in 2010.

The law firm has announced the appointments of three commercial property lawyers to its real estate team. Tom Fellows joins as an associate from Cripps. He has also held roles at Stephenson Harwood. Laura Teodorescu joins as an associate from Kennedys, having trained and qualified at White & Case. Nicholeena Vedi joins as an associate from RadcliffesLeBrasseur.
AXA INVESTMENT MANAGERS
Simon Weston has been appointed senior equity fund manager in the asset management firm’s Hong Kong office. He joins from Semeru CLSA Capital Partners, where he was a managing director and portfolio manager of the Semeru Asian Equity High Yield fund. Weston has also held roles at Old Mutual Asset Managers, Perpetual Investment Management and Hill Samuel Asset Management.
