M&G Investments
Ominder Dhillon has been appointed global head of institutional distribution at the active asset management firm. He joins from Impax Asset Management, where he was managing director, global business development and client service. Dhillon has also previously held positions at Fidelity International, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, Legg Mason and John Morrell & Co.
Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ
Sébastien Rozès has been appointed co-head of corporate banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at the bank. He joins from RBS, where he was country executive for France and hub head France, Belgium and Luxembourg since July 2012. Rozès has also held positions at ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, and Merrill Lynch.
Savills
The real estate adviser has announced two appointments to its healthcare team. Tom Robinson joins as a director from Edward Symmons, where he was a partner. He has over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare and education markets. Ben Monk joins as an associate director from Savills’s rating team.
Axa Investment Managers
Laurent Clavel has been appointed senior international economist in the investment management firm’s research and investment strategy team. He joins from the French National Statistical Institute, where he was head of the forecasting unit. Clavel has also held positions in the French finance ministry.
Capita Resourcing
The recruitment outsourcing and talent consulting provider has appointed Chris Merrick as business development director. He was most recently sales director at Carbon60, specialising in the aviation, defence and government, and construction sectors. Merrick has also held roles at Hays and Resource Solutions.
Canada Life Investments
Ian Goulsbra has been appointed senior sales director at the asset manager, responsible for promoting its offering in the UK discretionary market. He joins from Royal London Asset Management, where he was head of wholesale relationships.
