The human resources solutions firm has announced the hire of Stephen Hackett as head of health and risk in its benefits solutions practice. He joins from Capita Employee Benefits, where he was head of health management. Prior to that, Hackett was head of employee benefits at Bluefin.
Jupiter
The asset management company has recruited Katharine Dryer as product specialist for fixed-interest and multi-asset. She has 16 years’ experience in the asset management sector and was most recently at BlackRock, where she held a similar role.
Mayer Brown
The law firm has appointed two partners to its banking and finance team. Trevor Wood joins from Berwin Leighton Paisner’s finance and restructuring practice, where he was a partner. Mayank Gupta previously worked at White & Case.
State Street Global Advisors
Helen Copinger-Symes has been appointed managing director and head of consultant relations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at the asset management business. She was formerly head of business development and client relations in Alliance Bernstein’s defined benefits division.
Axa Investment Managers
The investment management firm has appointed Laurent Seyer as global head of distribution. Seyer is currently global head of multi-asset client solutions at the firm.
Berry Asset Management
David Lee has joined the asset management company as business development manager. He was most recently at Fidelity International, where he was an IFA regional sales manager.
Insight Investment
The asset management firm has recruited David Beca as head of farmland management. Since 2011, he has been chief executive and managing director of NZ Farming Systems Uruguay.
Smith Square Partners
The corporate finance advisory firm has announced the hire of Paul Baines as a senior adviser. Baines has previously held senior roles at Charterhouse Bank and Hawkpoint Partners.
