The fund manager has appointed Tim Lambert as strategic partnerships manager, with an initial focus on the affordable housing sector. He joins from Parallel Capital, which he founded in 2011. Lambert has also worked as head of consulting at Ducalian, and has held roles at Citywise and Akiko.
JP MORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT
The asset management firm has announced the appointment of Mark Richards as global strategist in its global multi asset solutions group. He was previously a senior vice president at Pimco, with responsibility for equities macroeconomic research. Richards has also previously worked at Credit Suisse.
DEMICA
The working capital solutions provider has appointed François Terrade as head of structuring. He was previously managing director, cross border receivables finance at GE Capital International and head of structured finance at GE Capital France. Terrade has also formerly worked at Societe Generale.

Gordon Nardell QC is joining the chambers from 39 Essex Chambers. He was a commercial litigation solicitor before practising public international law at the Council of Europe in the 1990s. He moved to the Bar from the UK Parliamentary Counsel Office, where he was a member of the drafting teams for the Competition Act 1998, Human Rights Act 1998 and Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

The business outsourcing solutions provider has announced two appointments to its UK management team. Jeff Phipps joins as general manager, ADP UK from Systemax, where he was executive vice president and general manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He has also held roles at Tandem, HP and Dell. Mark Fiander joins as strategy and marketing director from the Money Advice Service.

The professional services firm has appointed Katherine Bullock to lead its UK and Ireland private client services practice outside London. She joins from PwC, where she headed its private client team. Bullock is a barrister, chartered tax adviser, certified financial planner and member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.
MACQUARIE CAPITAL
The corporate advisory, principal investment and capital markets arm of Macquarie has appointed Ben Bailey as head of telecommunications, media, entertainment and technology in Europe. He joins from Jefferies International, where he led the internet and digital media investment banking team.
