Mayfair Capital Investment Management
The UK real estate investment manager has appointed Jonathan Gibbon as investment director. He was most recently head of UK transactions at Aberdeen Asset Management. Gibbon will work alongside Guy Brodgen, Mayfair Capital’s co-founder, in leading its transaction business.
BCS Financial Group
Matthieu Ressencourt has been appointed managing director and head of equity derivatives trading in London at the UK arm of Russian financial services firm. He joins from VTB Capital, where he headed up equity volatility trading. Ressencourt has also held roles at Credit Agricole and Lehman Brothers.
CR Investment Management
The pan-European financial advisory firm has appointed Andreas Costa as associate director of its CR Financial Solutions business. He joins from Lloyds Banking Group, and has also held roles at Anglo Irish Bank.
Jeremy Summers has been appointed partner in the law firm’s media, brands and technology team. An IP lawyer, he joins from Pitmans, where he was an equity partner of Pitmans SK Sport and Entertainment.
Adrian Trimmings is joining the broker and advisory firm’s corporate finance department. He was previously at Arden Partners for eight years, where he worked on IPOs, secondary placings, M&A, and debt for London listed companies.
The capital markets consulting firm has appointed Stephane Lannoy as managing consultant. He was most recently executive director of operations and technology at the Hong Kong Mercantile Exchange. Lannoy also previously worked as chief information officer at Fimat/Newedge, and is a former Asia managing director at RTS Realtime Solutions.
Sarasin & Partners
The private bank has announced two appointments to its charity division. Alexander True and Edmund Salveson both join as investment managers. True most recently worked at Standard Life Wealth, and has also held roles at Credit Suisse. Salveson was previously deputy head of research at Brewin Dolphin.
