The law firm has announced the election of John Joyce as a managing partner. He specialises in corporate restructuring. Joyce has been a partner since 1998, and was most recently head of business support and restructuring.
Euler Hermes Bonding
The surety bond provider has appointed Adam Hinc as a senior underwriter in its bond underwriting team. He previously held underwriting roles at Allianz Ireland and EY.
Hampshire Trust Bank
Graham Picken has been appointed chairman at the bank. He has more than 30 years’ industry experience. Picken was formerly general manager for commercial and corporate banking at Midland and HSBC banks. Before that, he was chief executive of Forward Trust Group and chairman of First Direct.
Mulsanne
The executive search firm has made two appointments. Linda Dale will cover asset management, and joins from Drayton Finch, where she was a director and global head of wealth management. Mark Pepler also joins from Drayton Finch, where he was head of technology.
Withers
The law firm has announced the appointment of Steven Kempster as a partner in its contentious trust and succession group. He was most recently at Taylor Wessing, where he was head of its contentious trusts and estates team.
Equiniti
Lucy Dimes has joined the business service provider as chief operating officer. She was previously at Alcatel-Lucent, where she was chief executive for the UK and Ireland. Prior to that, Dimes spent 19 years at BT, where she was most recently managing director for group and Openreach operations.
Paul Hastings
The law firm has hired Ben Regnard-Weinrabe as a partner in its global banking and payment systems group. He specialises in financial services regulation, commercial contracts and transactional work. Regnard-Weinrabe joins from Hogan Lovells, where he was a partner in its commercial and retail banking team.
