The investment, property and asset management group has announced the hire of Rick Denton as group chief executive. He was most recently at Barclays, where he was head of international wealth advisory. Prior to that, he was offshore commercial director at Fortis Intertrust.
Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty
The insurance business has appointed Danny Turner as key account manager. He has over 27 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Turner previously worked at Travelers, where he was European strategic account manager for brokers.
Hyperion
David Jack has joined the insurance intermediary group as chief information officer. He was formerly chief information officer at thetrainline.com.
North Highland
The management consulting firm has recruited Tony Doocey as market leader of its UK office. He has over 25 years’ industry experience. Doocey previously held senior leadership roles at Accenture, Andersen Consulting, AstraZeneca and ICI.
Instant
The property consultancy has made two senior director appointments. Steve Baker joins as chief financial officer from ACIS. He previously held various positions at Tomkins and RHM. Tom Cassidy joins as senior director of strategic solutions from The Listening Company, where he was a managing director.
Algomi
Stefano Vaccino has been appointed sales manager at the information-matching solutions firm. He joins Algomi from Goldman Sachs, where he was an executive director in its credit sales team. Prior to that, he worked in equity derivatives at JP Morgan.
Intertek
The solutions provider has hired Chris Marchant as head of cables and offshore development. He was formerly business development manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff.
Hiscox
Russell Findlay has joined the specialist insurance firm as head of marketing. He has previously held senior positions at Unilever and Pepsico.
