Mount Anvil
The property developer has appointed Adam Leach as senior development manager in its acquisition team, focusing on land-buying in central London. He joins from Berkeley Homes, and has also held roles at Generator and JLL.
Oppenheimer Europe
The investment bank has announced the launch of a debt capital markets and syndication business, appointing Scott Beattie as managing director and European head of debt capital markets and syndication and David Kent as managing director. Beattie joins from KNG Securities, and has also held roles at Halliburton and Robert Fleming. Kent also joins from KNG Securities. He qualified as a solicitor and started his career at Herbert Smith, and has also held corporate finance advisory roles at Deloitte.
PwC
Chris Gaines has been appointed partner in the professional services firm’s cyber security practice. He joins from Deloitte, where he was a partner in its cyber security practice. Gaines has 16 years’ experience in the information security industry.
EMR
The marketing recruitment company has appointed Serrol Osman as managing director. He began his career as a private banker at Coutts, started his recruitment career at Computer People in 2005, and has also held roles at Salt.
Delin Capital Asset Management
The real estate investment adviser and asset manager has announced two senior appointments. Andy Colman joins as finance director. He trained as a chartered accountant with PwC, was finance director of Aerium Finance, and has also worked as European chief financial officer at CBRE Global Investors. Jonathan Gardner most recently headed a portfolio of UK assets at Mapeley Estates. He is a former regional director of Ashtenne’s Industrial fund, and also previously managed Warner’s Radial fund.
Baird
The financial services firm has appointed Vincenzo Di Nicola as managing director in its European investment banking group. Based in London, he was most recently co-head of UK healthcare investment banking at DC Advisory in London. Di Nicola has also held roles at RBS/ABN Amro Corporate Finance.
