The law firm has announced the appointment of James Oussedik as counsel and senior member of its investment funds practice. Oussedik was most recently at Simmons & Simmons, where he was a managing associate.

Giles Offen has joined the insurance company as chief technology officer. He was formerly at Advanced Payment Solutions, where he was chief technology officer. Prior to that, he was vice president of e-commerce solution delivery at Reed Elsevier.
Insight Investment
The asset management firm has recruited Tarik Ben-Saud as head of asset solutions. He was most recently at BlackRock, where he was head of liability-driven investment and client strategy.
Norton Rose Fulbright
The law firm has hired Paul Swarbrick as global chief information security officer. He has 25 years’ experience delivering information securities practices to large organisations. He joins from National Air Traffic Services, where he was chief information security officer and head of cyber security.
Peel Hunt
The broking and advisory house has appointed Will Regis to its all-cap sales team. He previously spent 15 years at Credit Suisse, where he was director of cash equity sales. Prior to that, he held roles at Cazenove and BZW Investment Trust Sales.
Madison
The property firm has announced the appointment of Alex Lukesch as head of its London office. He is currently a vice president on its investment team. Prior to joining in 2008, Lukesch worked at Lincoln Property Company.
Edwards Wildman
The law firm has recruited James Crabtree as a partner in its insurance and reinsurance practice. He was most recently at Taylor Wessing, where he was head of its international insurance group.

Scott Motley has been appointed operations director in the technology company’s programme, cost, and consultancy practice for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He was formerly a partner at EC Harris.
