The law firm has announced the appointment of Steven Francis as a partner in its financial services group. He specialises in Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) enforcement work, non-contentious FCA compliance advice, financial crime, and corporate compliance issues. Francis was most recently at RPC, where he was a partner and head of its financial services and regulatory group.
EC Harris
The built asset consultancy has hired Simon Bimpson as head of utilities. He has over 20 years’ experience advising asset rich, regulated clients. Bimpson was previously global director of management consulting at MWH.
Keystone Law
The law firm has made two appointments. Monica Ma joins the pensions and incentives team from Simmons & Simmons, where she was a partner. Lucy Harrold joins the intellectual property division from Stephenson Harwood, where she was a partner.
Rowan Dartington
Andrew McCulloch has been appointed investment manager at the wealth management firm. He was most recently at UBS Wealth Management, where he was an associate director and managed a portfolio of private and corporate clients. He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

The business solutions company has named Grant Biggar as a strategic adviser. He has almost 20 years’ experience in the interdealer credit derivatives market, and was formerly president of Creditex.
Penningtons Manches
Seamas Gray has joined the law firm’s City office as a restructuring and insolvency partner. He has expertise in healthcare, real estate, retail, leisure and pensions, and was previously a partner at Olswang. Prior to that, Gray was joint head of the London restructuring practice at Pinsent Masons.
SimCorp
The investment management solutions business has hired Nick Quin as a managing director. He was previously regional sales director at SimCorp Asia Pacific.
