Colliers International
Mark Phillips has been appointed director within the commercial real estate firm’s hotel and resorts consulting team. He has 25 years’ experience in the sector, and was previously a director at HLT Consulting. Phillips has also held roles at Horwath UK and Horwath & Horwath.
JP Morgan Asset Management
Gilles Drukier has been appointed client portfolio manager for European fixed income insurance solutions at the asset manager. He previously held roles in JP Morgan’s investment bank, working in its European financial institutions group. Drukier has also worked at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.
Altium
The investment bank has announced the appointment of three associates to its London team. Arthur Callaghan joins from Moelis & Company, and will work across Altium’s corporate finance and debt teams. Callaghan has also held roles at Deloitte. Paul Simkin and Shane Dulabdas both join the debt team. Simkin has previously worked at PwC and as a civil engineer. Dulabdas has also held roles at Gleacher Shacklock and Deloitte.
WisdomTree Investments
The exchange-traded fund provider has appointed David Yates as chief information officer. He joins from McKinsey & Co, where he advised financial services companies on strategic technology and operations issues. Yates has also held roles at Accenture and the Bank of England.
Capsicum Re
The reinsurance broker has appointed Alistair Lockhart-Smith as partner and head of its marine and energy specialty business. He is currently deputy chairman of global business at JLT Re, has held positions at Alexander Howden, founded Bradstock Lockhart-Smith, and has worked as deputy chairman of Bradstock Blunt and Crawley.
Holman Fenwick Willan
The law firm has appointed Marc Weisberger as a partner in its commodities practice in London. He was most recently chief executive of Akoris Trading, and has also held legal and commercial positions at Glencore. Weisberger has particular experience in trading and investment transactions, restructurings and trade finance.
