The online trading and investment provider has announced the appointment of Matteo Cassina as global head of institutional business. He was formerly head of total trader at Merrill Lynch, and president of Citadel Execution Services.
BNP Paribas Real Estate
The real estate investment firm has recruited Simon Bailey as chief operating officer. He has over 20 years’ experience as a chief financial officer and financial consultant. Bailey previously worked at King Sturge, where he was a financial partner.
Deutsche Bank
The bank has hired Klaus Stoltenberg as global head of shipping. He was most recently at Norddeutsche Landesbank, where he was global head of ship and aircraft finance.
Bristows
Rosemary Choueka has been appointed partner in the law firm’s competition team. She specialises in EU and UK competition law. Choueka joins from Lawrence Graham, where she was a partner and head of EU, competition and regulation.
Lambert Smith Hampton
The commercial property consultancy has hired James Polson as a director in its industrial and logistics division. He previously spent 11 years at Cushman & Wakefield.
DUAL
The underwriting arm of Hyperion Insurance Group has announced the appointment of Nick Grazier as business development director for Europe. He joins from Jubilee Managing Agency, where he was group head of marketing and business development. He previously held roles at Chartis Insurance and Axa Art Insurance.
London Capital Group
The online trading services firm has recruited Jim Tatchell as institutional sales director. He has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets. Tatchell was formerly a fixed income dealer at UBS.
Miton
Carl Rowbury has joined the asset management firm as regional sales manager. He was most recently investment sales manager at Aviva Investors.
