Martin Mahmuti has been appointed senior property economist in the commercial real estate services firm’s research and forecasting team. He began his career at Cushman and Wakefield, where he primarily reported on UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa retail markets.
Hermes Investment Management
Philip Nell has been appointed fund director in the asset management firm’s real estate division. He joins from Aviva Investors, where he was most recently head of European retail funds. Among other responsibilities in his new role, Nell will be fund manager of the UK Private Rental Sector fund.
HB Reavis
The commercial property developer has announced the appointment of Graham Jones and Rod Davensac as directors in its UK team. Jones joins as projects director from Aecom, where he was director of its commercial offices division. He was also formerly a partner at Davis Langdon. Davensac joins as a construction director from Lend Lease, where he worked for seven years in various senior roles. He was also formerly an associate director at Mace Group.
RBC Investor & Treasury Services
Francis Jackson has been appointed global head of client coverage for asset managers, pensions and sovereign wealth at the division of Royal Bank of Canada. Based in London, he joins from JP Morgan, where he was most recently head of investor services sales & relationship management. Jackson has also held senior roles at SEI, Citigroup and Bankers Trust.
Tilney for Intermediaries
The discretionary investment manager has appointed Mark Coles as director, financial intermediaries. He joins from Cofunds, where he was head of business partnerships. Coles has over 25 years’ financial services experience, and has also held roles at Architas and Axa Wealth.
Thomas Miller Investment
The investment and wealth management firm has appointed Matthew Brown as private client partner. He has over 10 years’ experience in financial services in a variety of investment and consulting roles, and previously worked for Broadstone Group, where he was executive and retirement services director, before its acquisition byThomas Miller Investment.
