The real estate services firm has announced the appointment of David Mills as a partner and head of portfolio valuation. He was most recently at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he was a director in its portfolio valuation practice.
Standard Chartered
The bank has hired Michael Benz as group head of private banking. He has over 20 years’ industry experience. Benz joins from Julius Baer, where he was designated chairman for Asia. He has also held roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS Global Asset Management.
EY
The professional services firm has made two appointments to its cybercrime investigations team. Massimo Cotrozzi joins from KCS Group. Paul Burrows formerly ran his own intelligence company, Abacus EW.
Towers Watson
Chris Ford has been appointed global head of investment at the professional services company. He joined 23 years ago, and was most recently head of its investment business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Jones Day
The law firm has appointed Ben Larkin as a restructuring partner in its London office. He previously led the restructuring and insolvency practice at Berwin Leighton Paisner.
Now: Pensions
The pensions company has hired Gill McClelland as national partnership manager in its field sales team. She has over 30 years’ industry experience, and previously held roles at Aegon and Legal & General.
Nikko Asset Management
Alex Shaw has joined the asset management company as head of EMEA sales and marketing. He was formerly managing director for EMEA at Arden Asset Management. Shaw has also held roles at GAM, Mercury Asset Management and Cambridge Strategy.
Sberbank Private Banking
The private bank has appointed Alla Aleynikova as head of group and executive director. She joins from the private banking division of UBS in Moscow.
