The corporate finance adviser has announced the appointment of Colin Pollock as executive director in its European infrastructure team. He joins from Barclays, where he was director in the power, utilities, and infrastructure team within its investment banking division.
UBS Global Asset Management
The asset management firm has appointed Peter Cazalet as executive director, UK business development. He previously worked in client and business development focused roles at JP Morgan for over 19 years. Cazalet has also served as a director at both SG Warburg and Hoare Govett.
Berwin Leighton Paisner
The law firm has announced the appointment of partner Nathan Willmott as head of its financial regulatory group. He joined Berwin Leighton Paisner from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2007. Willmott specialises in representing financial institutions and their senior management on their dealings with the PRA and FCA. Willmott takes over from Sidney Myers.

Roland Kitson has been appointed head of business development for wealth management at the corporate broking and private wealth management firm. He has over 30 years’ experience in business development, and has held roles at Barclays Wealth, Close Fund Management, John Govett, and Towry Law.
Smith & Williamson
The financial services firm has appointed Ollie Murray as associate director in its investment management department. He joins from Signia Wealth, where he was a director. Murray graduated from Harvard Business School’s Programme for Leadership Development in 2012.
Simmons & Simmons
The law firm has appointed partner Alexander Brown as head of the technology, media and telecommunications sector. He takes over from Andrew McMillan.
LME Clear
The clearing house for the London Metal Exchange market has appointed Priyanka Malhotra as head of business development, including product and relationship management. She joins from the Bank of England, and has also held roles at the FSA, JP Morgan Securities and the IMF.
