James Mallinson has been appointed as director of Family Business, a role created as part of the asset manager’s expansion of its initiative to support family businesses. Mallinson has 10 years’ experience and was at In Partnership and St. James’s Place before Close Brothers.

The online property platform has appointed Robin Wilson as chief operating officer. He’ll work directly with chief executive Rob Ellice to expand the business, which was launched in September 2014. Wilson joins after 13 years at online property portal Rightmove.

The law firm has appointed Deborah Findlay as finance director. Findlay joins from Deloitte, where she was head of finance for its Clients & Markets division.
Unicredit
Lubomir Mitov has been appointed as chief economist for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at the global banking and financial services company, responsible for macroeconomic research for Central and Eastern Europe. He joins from the Institute of International Finance (IIF) in Washington.
FxPro
Jon Chapman has been appointed as eFX institutional sales manager by the broker. He will be responsible for on boarding new businesses to FxPro Prime, the company’s prime-of-prime institutional offering.
Edison
The investment intelligence firm has appointed David Stoddart, Victoria Pease and Sara Welford. Stoddart brings nearly 30 years’ experience from Altium Securities, Teacher & Greenwood/Landsbanki, Henderson Crosthwaite and FinnCap. Pease has worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Jefferies and Merrill Lynch, and Welford joins from Citigroup.
