The real estate services firm has recruited Andrew MacKenzie as a consultant in its retail team. He was most recently chief executive of Jaeger. MacKenzie has previously held senior director positions at Allders, First Restaurant Group and Matisse Holdings.
Towry
The wealth management firm has hired Mehdi Douali as an analyst in its investment team. He was formerly at BlueMountain Capital, where he was responsible for building its European institutional investor arm. Before that, Douali was a senior investment analyst at Atlas Capital.
Acuma
The wealth management firm has recruited Noel O’Leary as head of its United Arab Emirates business. He was previously associate director at KBC Bank Ireland.
Baronsmead Partners
The financial risk insurance broker has made two appointments. Andrew Ducat joins as a partner and head of client service from Man Group, where he was head of group insurance. David Heatherfield has been promoted to partner. He joined Baronsmead as general counsel in 2010.
XL Insurance
Ramesh Singh has been appointed professional lines manager at the insurance company. He was previously at AIG, where he was regional manager for financial institutions.
Wriglesworth
Rob Thomas has joined the consultancy firm as director of business development and research. He was most recently at the Council of Mortgage Lenders, where he was a senior policy adviser.
LondonMetric
The property firm has hired Charles Clarke as an asset management executive. He was previously at Land Securities, where he was a retail property manager.
Tekcapital
The intellectual property advisory firm has appointed Malcolm Groat as finance director. He has previously held various roles at PwC, and is a fellow of the Institute of Directors.
