The actuarial and benefits consultancy firm has announced the hire of Darren Wateridge as senior consultant and actuary. He has over 15 years’ experience in the pensions market. He was most recently at Aegon, where he worked in its corporate solutions division.
CMS Cameron McKenna
The legal and tax services company has recruited Keith Webster as a partner in its pensions team. He specialises in investment and liability management, and joins from Osborne Clarke.
Livingstone Partners
Neil Smith has been appointed assistant director in the debt advisory firm’s London office. He previously worked at Gleacher Shacklock, where he specialised in debt advisory.
Jones Lang LaSalle
The property company has hired Philip Parry as a local director in its cost management team. He joins from Quantem Consulting, where he was a partner. Prior to that, Parry worked in the commercial development division at Arcadis.
Mazars
The accountancy firm has announced two hires. David Prestwich joins as a corporate tax partner and head of its London practice. He was previously at KPMG, where he specialised in international tax structuring. Tori Magill joins as director of tax investigations from HMRC, where she was a group leader in its specialist investigations directorate.
Gresham
The computing company has recruited Jonathan Cathie as general counsel. He was most recently at Manches, where he was senior associate solicitor.
Sweett Group
Tom Locking has joined the construction and property consultancy as global client relationships director. He previously worked for Gammon. Prior to that, he served in the British Army for 14 years.
MarketAxess
The e-trading company has appointed William Cruger to its board of directors. Cruger was formerly vice chairman of investment banking at JP Morgan, and previously held a number of senior roles at the firm.
