Chelsea boss Antonio Conte says striker Bertrand Traore to be loaned to Ajax while Nemanja Matic will stay put
Chelsea striker Bertrand Traore will spend next season on loan at Ajax, manager Antonio Conte has confirmed.
The 20 year old forward has just signed a new three year contract at Stamford Bridge but will spend the 16/17 season playing in the Eredivisie as he "continues his development".
Unable to offer Traore enough game time, Conte said "He's a good player and we prefer that he plays every game this season.

The Burkina Faso international, who scored four goals for the first team last seaon, joins a long list of young Chelsea players to go out on loan, alongside the likes of Lewis Baker, Nathan Ake and Baba Rahman.
Conte has also cooled rumours that midfielder Nemanja Matic could be sold to Juventus, despite him having a disappointing 15/16 season.
"Nemanja [Matić] is an important player for me. He knows this. There isn't a problem with him. Nemanja is a Chelsea player," said the Italian.
